You have a chance to make a difference in the lives of those battling not only breast cancer, but ovarian, prostate, and even melanoma cancers.
Thousands of survivors, runners, and walkers all took part in the 7th Annual Miles for Moffitt Saturday, May 12 at the University of South Florida Sundome. It's estimated that 7,000 people attended.
Miles for Moffitt brings together cancer survivors, patients, friends, families, and others who want to support local cancer research.
The events, which include 5K, 5 mile, and 1 mile walks/runs kicked off just before 7:30 a.m.
