Three weeks into the 2011 High School football season, the Steinbrenner Warriors are still undefeated. They shut out the Strawberry Crest Chargers, 28-0.
In the opening quarter, Warriors running back Kendal Pearcy found some help from his offensive line and ran 96 yards for the touchdown, making it 7-0 Steinbrenner High.
Later in the game, Warriors quarterback Curtis Fitch found Jake Caroll for a pair of touchdown passes.
It was an easy win for Steinbrenner, 28-0. The Chargers are 0-3 on the season. They've scored just 12 points, while allowing 145. The Steinbrenner Warriors are 2-1 on the season.
