Annual Brews with Attitude Craft Beer Fest tomorrow

Tampa, Florida-- Brews With Attitude, the craft division of Pepin Distributing Company, and their Craft Brewing partners announce their Annual Brews with Attitude, Craft Beer Festival on May 15, 2012 from 6:30 – 10:00 p.m. on T.Pepin’ s Hospitality Centre grounds.

The festival coincides with American Craft Beer Week, the mother of all beer weeks.

This festival is an exciting opportunity for craft brewers to commemorate their art and tradition with enthusiasts across the country

Tampa, FL - May 11 is National Public Gardens Day and the USF Botanical Gardens is proud to offer free admission all day.

The Botanical Gardens will also offer free childrens activities all day in the new family activity center.

Mummies of the World arrives in Tampa under heavy security for exhibition's debut at MOSI

Tampa, Florida-- More than 40 precious mummies arrived in Tampa today under security detail for the upcoming Mummies of the World exhibition at MOSI (Museum of Science & Industry). The mummies traveled more than 500 miles from Charlotte to make their highly-anticipated Florida premiere as part of the largest exhibition of real mummies and related artifacts ever assembled.

Celebrate Earth Day at USF's Botanical Gardens

Tampa, Florida-- On Saturday April 21, the University of South Florida Botanical Gardens hosts a "Go Native" event in honor of Earth Day from 10:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Organized by the Tampa Bay Sierra Club and USF's Office of Sustainability, the event promotes the use of native plants in an urban landscape.

Attendees can enjoy exhibitors, demonstrations, arts and crafts, community groups, live music, food, and children's activities.
