Man waves fake gun at motorists | Crime
Tampa, Fla. -- A Seminole man was arrested Saturday morning after motorists reported seeing him pointing a gun at them while driving over the Howard Franklin Bridge.
According to police, around 11:14 a.m., 19-year-old Michael Francis Schreiber was driving a burgundy 1994 Chevrolet pickup truck northbound on I-275 over the bridge with a long-barreled pistol. Some of the motorists followed Schreiber as he exited I-275 onto Fowler Avenue.
Police caught up with Schreiber and arrested him on weapons charges. The gun, which turned out to be a fake revolver was also recovered. Schreiber was released later that day on $500 bail.
